1. What we collect

Searching an address and reading the on-screen analysis needs no account. The address you search is sent to Johnson County's public property system to fetch the county's own records.

If you create an account we store your email address and a password hash. If you answer the questionnaire we store what you enter (for example square footage, condition notes, purchase price and date, and your name for the packet cover letter). If you ask for a re-check reminder we store your email address and the property.

When you buy a packet we store the purchase record (property, amount, date, and Stripe's session reference). We never see or store your card number.

2. Who processes it

Supabase hosts the database and sign-in. Stripe processes payments and sends receipts. Vercel hosts the site and provides aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics. Resend delivers account emails such as sign-in confirmations.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. Property records

The parcel data in an analysis comes from Johnson County's public records. It is not personal information we collected from you, and we do not request or store the county's owner-name fields.

4. Email

We send account emails you trigger (confirmations, password resets). We send no marketing email today. If that changes, the re-check reminder list will only be used for the reminder you asked for.

5. Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@baselineappeals.com. Deleting an account removes the questionnaire answers and saved properties; purchase records may be kept as long as needed for refunds and tax records.

6. Changes

We will update this page when practices change and show the date at the top.
